* All services should generally be requested 24 hours in advance. Rush project will be subject to premium rates.
* We value the privacy of our clients and your information will be filed in a secure place and will not be viewed or share by any outside parties, unless authorized and requested by client themselves.
* Our business Office hours are 9.300a.m - 5.00 p.m ET, Monday - Friday.
* Additional fees may apply for emergency client project to work on holidays or outside office hours.
* We will process all request as quickly as possible as our schedule allows, we will notify you if a request will take longer.
* In case, more hours are needed, client can upgrade their plan from the original package price upward or may choose to be billed for the extra hours at the base hour rate per hour.
* We will customize a plan for any length of time on request.
* Any price quoted are for services rendered, and do not include charges from third party vendors, or merchandise purchased to complete the project.
* All hours for monthly membership plans or packages must be used within 30 days of the first hour of use. Hours not used within 30 days will not be refunded or rolled over to the following month.
* If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service, we require at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide any notice will result in full price service being charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of service will be assessed a $25 fee.
* Gift certificate expires in one year from the date of purchase.
* Gift certificate for business services and other related office assistant are redeemable worldwide.
